世博会标志使用管理办法

第一条 目的和依据
为规范世界博览会标志（以下简称“世博会标志”）的使用，加强对世博会标志的管理，维护世博会标志权利人的合法权益，上海世博会事务协调局（以下简称“世博局”）根据《世界博览会标志保护条例》（以下简称“《条例》”）和其他相关法律、法规的规定，制定本办法。
第二条 世博会标志的定义
本办法所称之世博会标志是指：
（一）上海世博会申办机构的名称（包括全称、简称、译名和缩写，下同）、徽记或者其他标志；
（二）上海世博会组织机构的名称、徽记或者其他标志；
（三）上海世博会的名称、会徽、会旗、吉祥物、会歌、主题词、口号；
（四）国际展览局的局旗。
第三条 标志的地位和使用原则
世博会标志是中国2010年上海世界博览会（以下简称“上海世博会”）的象征。任何个人或组织都应爱护和尊重世博会标志，并依照本办法的规定使用世博会标志。
使用人应维护世博会形象，正确使用世博会标志。世博会标志的范围详见《世界博览会标志清单》（附件一），任何对世博会标志的使用，均应遵守世博局确定的使用规范。

Administrative Measures on the Use of World Exposition Symbols

Article 1 Purpose and Authority
These Measures are formulated by the Bureau of Shanghai World Expo Coordination (hereinafter referred to as "Expo Bureau") in accordance with the Regulations on the Protection of the World Exposition Symbols (hereinafter referred to as "Regulations") and provisions of other applicable laws and regulations for the purpose of regulating the use and strengthening the administration of the World Exposition symbols (hereinafter referred to as "Expo Symbols") and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the right-holders of the Expo Symbols.
Article 2 Definition of Expo Symbols
For the purpose of these Measures, the Expo Symbols refer to:
(1)The name (including the full name, short name, translated name and abbreviations, hereinafter the same), emblem, or other symbols of the bidding organization of the World Exposition Shanghai 2010;
(2)The name, emblem or other symbols of the organizer of the World Exposition Shanghai China 2010;
(3)The name, emblem, flag, mascot, anthem, thematc term, and slogan of the World Exposition Shanghai China 2010;
(4)The flag of the International Bureau of Exhibitions.
Article 3 Status and Principle of Use of Expo Symbols
The Expo Symbols represent the image of the World Exposition Shanghai China 2010 (hereinafter referred to as "Expo 2010"). All individuals or organizations must value and respect the Expo Symbols, and use them in compliance with the provisions specified in the Measures.
The Expo Symbols must be used in a proper way to protect the image of Expo 2010. Details of the Expo Symbols are provided in the List of Symbols of Expo 2010 Shanghai China (Annex I) and the rules specified by the Expo Bureau must be complied with in any use of the Expo Symbols.
