二、主营业务

1、 化工物流

  • 市场地位：中国最大的专业液体化工物流服务商
  • 业务能力： 拥有19艘专用船舶组成的船队，综合运力已达10.26万吨，上半年累积实现运量99万吨，同比增长52%，其中内贸运量66万吨，外贸运量33万吨，保持平稳增长态势（2005年全年154万吨），控股的中化兴中、兴源项目拥有158万立方储罐，是中国最大商用石油中转基底，上半年经营业绩同比增长12.86%。陆上集装罐数量由50个增加到341个，运营效率基本保持100%，并中标BASF陆上配送业务，高标准化学品陆运业务迅速成长。

三、 公司治理架构

  • 董事会11名成员中独立董事人数达5人，接近半数，分别担任董事会重要专业委员会的主席职务。

II. Major Business

1. Chemical Logistics

  • Market position: China's largest professional service provider for liquid chemical logistics
  • Business Capacities: Sinochem owns a fleet of 19 speicalized chemical vessels with an overall shipping capacity of 102,600 tons and a total shipped tonnage of 990,000 in the first half year, including 660,000 tons in domestic trade and 330,000 in foreign trade, showing a stable increase of 52% over the same peiod of last year(the total shipped tonnage for the whole year of 2005 was 1.54 million). As the largest commercial petroleum transit bases in China, Sinochem Xingzhong and Sinochem Xingyuan projects are equipped with 1.58 million m3 of storage tanks and their business performance records an increase of 12.86% over the same period of last year. The number of ground transport ISO tanks has increased from 50 to 341, and the operation maintains an approximate 100% efficiency rate. Having won the bid for BASF shipping business, Sinochem's high standard chemicals shipping business is growing rapidly.

III. The Governing Structure
